When developing recipes, Olivia focuses on limiting the list of ingredients to those of the highest quality, sourcing from responsible purveyors and local when possible.

Creating a healthy, safe and fun work environment is the mindset and goal before the final product is developed. The staff should feel excited and equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge before every workday. Olivia hopes to instill a sense of ownership and confidence in the cooks and bakers she trains.
