Custom Cakes
Olivia uses seasonal and local produce, flowers and herbs as well as ethically sourced spices and freshly milled flours. Fermented and preserved ingredients will also find a way to be present. She focuses on natural flavor affinities, gravitating towards surprising combinations presented in classic cake form. Cake layers are comprised using swiss meringue buttercream and usually whip cream for a balance of lightness and richness but structurally sound.
